Sophia Toh

Sophia Toh leads Analytics and Pricing for Discover Student Loans. Her team is responsible for data management, performance forecasting, measurement and reporting, operations and sales reporting as well as Pricing Strategy and Execution. They own the analytics and insights to optimize direct marketing and digital strategies, product conversion and user experience. She joined Discover in April of 2022.
Prior to joining Discover, Sophia has held several Data Science and Analytics leadership roles in increasing responsibility focusing in the areas of Data Strategy, Digital and Analytics Transformation, Marketing Technology Platforms, Business and Marketing Performance Measurement and Optimization at SoFi, Visa, Deutsch Advertising and Network Solutions, to name a few.
Sophia grew up in Singapore and moved to College Station, Texas to pursue degrees in Accounting, Finance and Advanced Calculus at Texas A&M University. Gig’Em! Shortly after, she completed her MBA at Regent University.
She believes in giving back and being involved in the local community. She serves on Community Advisory Board of Alliance Health Project, a non-profit that provide mental health services for LGBT community in San Francisco, as Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee.
Sophia is an avid Reformer Pilates practitioner. She loves to cook, travel and enjoys wine tasting. She has a very playful 3-year-old rescued dog, Dandy, whom she adores.
