Kelsey Aina

Kelsey got her start working in the nonprofit world with organizations such as Teach For America and City Year where she launched a new startup program each year and built out a self-sustaining infrastructure. Kelsey began working in the travel industry where she helped create scalable sales, marketing and project management systems which enabled the organization she worked for to expand their brand multinational.
From there she launched her own startup opening two brick and mortar plant-based juice bar cafes in the Boston area.
She is passionate about helping startups grow and scale and now leads the HubSpot for Startups Team across the Americas which provides coaching to founders and scholarships to qualifying startups through her work with the HubSpot For Startups Program. She enjoys giving back through her work as the Diversity Inclusion and Belonging Chairwoman at HubSpot for Startups and as an Executive Board Member of LWT.
When not working in the tech universe she enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, and renovating the home that she shares with her wife Sanoe, and dog Brixton in Portland, Oregon.
