Cali Voss

Cali Voss, SHRM-SCP is an artist, writer, and speaker with more than eight years of recruiting experience across tech companies of all sizes, from seed-stage startups to large public companies with worldwide reach. She is active in the LGBTQIA+ and disability rights communities and works to bring an inclusive. intersectional lens to her corporate work. In 2018, Cali and two colleagues co-founded Neurodiversity@Square, Square’s first ERG for employees with atypical cognition, mental health challenges, and invisible disabilities. At Duolingo, where she currently serves as a Senior Technical Recruiter, Cali also organized the first Truth & Triumph speaker series, which aims to highlight voices and narratives that have historically been underrepresented in the tech and education spaces.
