Ailsa has been in the tech industry since 2013, getting their start at FreshBooks as a researcher before moving into design. A leader of multi-discipline teams, Ailsa has more than a decade of experience in design, research, and leadership.
Ailsa has been in product development for over eleven years, gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge in building successful products. Their background is primarily in user research and product design, allowing them to validate product ideas thoroughly before moving to Figma. It also ensures that there will always be a high-quality design and a deep confidence that what we’re building is the *right* thing.
