Issue 142

We are building features for the Women Who Code community and we want to highlight that work with our stakeholders, you! THANK YOU to our contributors for dedicating their valuable time to help us build tech a place where women can excel.

You can follow all of our work on github. Below are a few snippets of our awesome features.

Released

We made some exciting updates to the Women Who Code website this week, including officially updating our copy top reflect that we are now a community that is 167,000 strong!

Fixed

"One Time" plan copy bug

– This fixed a minor copy error that was occurring when customers were purchasing a single job post. Now instead of it saying "one times" it says "one time" job post.

Changed

Update Member Count from 137,000 to 167,000

– Women Who Code is growing! We are now officially 167,000 members strong, and we updated the copy on the website to reflect that.

Team Changes in About and README

– The Women Who Code HQ team is also evolving, and so we updated the About page and the README to reflect those changes.

Update Default Job Form Text

– This updated the placeholder text on the job post submission form. Changes include, having USD as a placeholder for currency with a drop down to choose a currency and the placeholder for location is now "Your Town, CA, USA."
