The World’s Largest Community of Women in Tech is One of 6 Nonprofits to Receive Charitable Support From The Billion-Dollar Data Security Company

ATLANTA – FEBRUARY 10TH, 2023  —  Women Who Code (WWCode), the largest global nonprofit dedicated to empowering diverse women in technology, is proud and honored to announce that Veeam Software, an industry-leading platform provider in the data security space, is making a $25,000 donation to the organization. This will support WWCode’s mission to inspire diverse women everywhere to excel in technology careers.

Veeam Software is making this contribution as part of a global philanthropic effort that will see similar support given to a total of ten nonprofits that exemplify the company’s values. This includes the Atlanta Community Food Bank (Feeding America), People in Need, Trash Hero, ROBI, WORLD VISION ARMENIA, CHILDREN OF ARMENIA FUND, Malaysian Red Crescent Society (established branch of British Red Cross), Ronald McDonald House Charities Malaysia

Veeam Software’s support of Women Who Code will help the global organization continue to develop its programming which provides 1,900 free technical and career development events each year, grow their global community which connects technical women across 147 countries, increase advocacy communications that highlight important social topics, and provide scholarships and opportunities to their 320,000 members.
