Hackathon

Women Who Code is thrilled to announce the 2023 Women Who Code Hackathon for Social Good winners! This annual digital event brings together our global network of talented technologists, developers, and designers, allowing them to merge their technical skills with a shared passion for making an impact. The hackathon is open to all skill levels, welcoming seasoned developers and newcomers alike to participate and contribute to meaningful change.

Participants joined the hackathon individually and in teams to leverage their technical skills and push themselves to create fully formed, innovative projects in just ten days.

“Stepping into this hackathon as a first-timer, I quickly learned the importance of adaptability, perseverance, and the crucial role of prompt feedback, “ said Kim C., a hackathon participant. “Every hurdle reminded me these events are not just to celebrate innovations but also our individual journeys of growth.”
